Willow released her debut album Ardipithecus in 2015 which featured collaborations with SZA and Travis Barker. In 2012 she signed with Jay-Z’s label Roc Nation after leaving her former label Interscope Records. The song peaked at number 11 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and was certified double platinum by the RIAA. Willow signed a recording contract with Roc Nation in 2011 and released her debut single “Whip My Hair” later that year. In 2011 she starred as Abby in Spy Kids: All the Time in the World. From 2009 to 2010 she was a part of the ensemble cast of True Jackson, VP. She went on to star as young Gloria in Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa in 2008.
